National Football Conference: Early Super Bowl chalk
Bookmakers at the SportsInteraction online wagering website have posted an early line for Super Bowl XLVIII that features the NFC representative as -2.5 (-110) favorites to capture the NFL Championship. This is largely due to the fact that Seattle is the best team in the league on both sides of the ball. The Seaawks should also have a complete club in time for the big game. The offense will get healthier as WR Percy Harvin is expected to be back soon and the defense is even better when DE Chris Clemons returns from his hip injury.
American Football Conference: AFC contenders are Super Bowl pups
A 2-2 recent record, plus a faltering defense, has taken some of the shine off Denver who are the favorites to represent the AFC in Super Bowl XLVIII. Quarterback Peyton Manning and Crew are still scoring at will but the Broncos defense has allowed an average of 29.25 PPG in their last four games. Manning’s reputation for not being a cold weather QB has also dropped Denver’s stock. The Super Bowl will come down to a battle between Denver and Seattle and we will back the NFC with the -2.5 point futures price at SportsInteraction!
