San Jose has won 6 of its last 10 games and head into Saturday’s contest as the -135 favourites on home ice, where the club has posted an impressive 20-10-3 record to this point of the season. The Capitals have been struggling of late, winning just 4 of the last 6 games and enter Saturday’s match as intriguing +115 underdogs. The Sharks have won 2 of the last 3 meetings against the Caps and bettors can expect much of the same on Saturday.

There aren’t many NHL teams hotter than the Winnipeg Jets right now. The club has reeled off 4 straight victories as it prepares to take on the Philadelphia Flyers on the road Saturday afternoon. The Jets are in a race for first place in the Central Division and can inch closer to that position with another victory on Saturday. Oddsmakers with Sports Interaction are calling this a Pick ‘Em game, with both clubs coming in at -110. The Jets have netted 226 goals — third most in the NHL — triggered by sophomore sensation Patrik Laine, who is closing in on No. 40.
