Canelo Alvarez puts his four super middleweight titles on the line for a shot at becoming the first-ever undisputed super middleweight champion in boxing history. In his way is Caleb Plant who holds the IBF title and is looking to shock the world as a 6-1 underdog. This will either be easy work for Canelo or we’re all in on for the upset of the year.

Super Bowl LVI Updated Odds: Who’s Hot?
A look at the three hottest Super Bowl contenders (odds via BetOnline):
Buffalo Bills (8.50)
The Bills remain third in the Super Bowl odds but they are nipping at the heels of the Chiefs and Buccaneers after outscoring their last three opponents by 97 points including two shutouts. The Bills have separated themselves from the other contenders, now having shorter odds than the Rams (11.00) and Ravens (13.00) who they were tied with when the odds opened.
Arizona Cardinals (17.00)
The Cardinals are making a strong case as the best Super Bowl bet for this quarter season. It’s hard not to overreact as Arizona is the only unbeaten NFC team after upsetting the Los Angeles Rams, who upset the defending champions last week, on their own turf. Arizona’s odds have shrunk considerably from its opener of 41.00.
Dallas Cowboys (17.00)
It’s not just “preseason hype” now as the Cowboys ended the Carolina Panthers’ unbeaten streak and proved they are a legitimate contender. Dallas is getting great play from both sides of the ball and looks poised to easily win their division, barring injuries. They have significantly shortened their preseason odds that opened at 26.00.
NFL 2021 Best Games of Week 5
Week 5 does not feature too many great matchups but the few that stand out are must-watch games. We begin with Thursday Night Football that features an NFC West rivalry…
Los Angeles Rams (3-1) at Seattle Seahawks (2-2)
- Date/Time: Thu, Oct. 7 - 8:20 P.M. ET
- Spread: Los Angeles -1.0 (1.78), Seattle +1 (2.06)
- Totals: Over 54 (1.90), Under 54 (1.90)
The Rams will look to bounce back by beating the Seahawks in Seattle. Los Angeles is 3-2 in their last five visits to Seattle and is 6-2 in their last eight against Seattle, overall. This includes last season’s playoffs. Seattle’s problematic defence could get lit up by the Rams if they can get their running game going.
The public is heavily on the Rams to win. Their defence should return to form and take out the Seahawks, who barely won against San Francisco.
Green Bay Packers (3-1) at Cincinnati Bengals (3-1)
- Date/Time: Sun, Oct. 10 – 1:00 P.M. ET
- Spread: Green Bay -3.5 (2.04), Cincinnati +3.5 (1.80)
- Totals: Over 50 (2.00), Under 50 (1.83)
The Bengals are on top of the AFC North. No, this is not a joke. Young quarterback Joe Burrow is hot right now with a 113.8 passer rating and 72.9% completion rate. The Bengals’ defence is also playing decently so it shouldn’t be a surprise if this game comes down to the wire.
It could be Aaron Rodgers versus Joe Burrow in the final five minutes of the fourth. Cincinnati has sneaky dog value here.
San Francisco 49ers (2-2) at Arizona Cardinals (4-0)
- Date/Time: Sun, Oct. 10 – 4:25 P.M. ET
- Spread: San Francisco +5.0 (1.90), Arizona -5.0 (1.90)
- Totals: Over 50.5 (1.90), Under 50.5 (1.90)
At first glance, this game appears to be an easy one for the Cardinals. The 49ers lost starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo while Arizona took out the Rams to remain the only unbeaten team in the NFC. But this could be a trickier matchup now with Trey Lance starting for San Francisco.
The rookie quarterback has a bigger arsenal of weapons than Garoppolo and Kyle Shanahan has likely spent the entire offseason planning for this moment. It could be Arizona’s turn to suffer an upset at home.
Buffalo Bills (3-1) at Kansas City Chiefs (2-2)
- Date/Time: Sun, Oct. 10 – 8:20 P.M. ET
- Spread: Buffalo +2.5 (1.90), Kansas City -2.5 (1.90)
- Totals: Over 56.5 (1.87), Under 56.5 (1.95)
The feature matchup for this week is the third chapter of the Patrick Mahomes-Josh Allen rivalry. The Chiefs easily dispatched of the Bills in the previous two meetings but like the Ravens this season, the third time could be the charm. Buffalo’s defence has been on fire while Kansas City’s is struggling.
If the fans have their way, this will be a shootout that goes down to one final field goal. Heck, overtime is a strong possibility.
