The San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs are considered two of the most well matched teams in Super Bowl odds history. Both squads featured outstanding defense and an unstoppable attack on their march to Miami. Super Bowl Vegas odds favor the Chiefs slightly, along with popular opinion, which makes Kansas a popular bet outside of San Francisco.

AFC Championship Game – Titans @ Chiefs
After scraping into the playoffs with a 9-7 regular season record, nobody expected the Titans to be one game shy of the big one, yet they have managed to upset both Tom Brady’s Patriots and Lamar Jackson’s Ravens in consecutive weeks, the latter a team that had lost just twice all season.
It’s incredible that given these results they still start as huge outsiders for the AFC Championship, but that is due to the incredible Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. Down 24-0 against the Houston Texans, one of the biggest playoff comebacks ever saw the Chiefs run out 51-31 winners.
Mahomes is in great form, but the Titans are dangerous and could knock out the Chiefs at the penultimate hurdle.
The top bet for this match is Travis Kelce to score a touchdown @ 1.80. Kelce scored three in the win over the Texans and won’t let his hamstring ruin his day.
NFC Championship Game - Packers @ 49ers
The NFC went mostly according to script in the playoffs, with the top two seeds reaching the conference final. The 49ers were dismissive of a Vikings side with plenty of momentum, and gave us a preview of what they can offer in the postseason when they narrowly beat the Seahawks to win the NFC West title.
Yet there is one key point of difference here, and it is quarterback experience. Aaron Rogers hasn’t had it all his own way this season, but has done enough to lead his team to second in the NFC and his two clutch throws to hold off the Seahawks in their final drive last weekend shows how important he will be.
Again, the home team is a huge favourite here, but don’t rule out the Packers on the road.
While this game has more on the line, it’s hard to ignore the thrashing the 49ers handed the Packers just two months ago. San Francisco to win by 11-20 points @ 4.00.
