Green Bay Packers: NFC Divisional Championship Top Chalk

Tagged with a rather gaudy -303 money line price, Green Bay is posted as thick chalk to win the NFC North. It’s a deserving status as the Packers will be an offensive juggernaut again this season and they have a surprisingly mellow regular season schedule. Seattle owns the second largest line, as they are top chalk to win the NFC West. Atlanta and Carolina are tied as favorites to claim the NFC South title while Dallas and Philadelphia are forecast to duke it out in the NFC East. It will cost a lot to win a little but we really like the Packers price over Detroit, Minnesota and Chicago.

Indianapolis Colts: Top favorite to claim one of the four AFC Division titles

Playing in what we see as the absolute weakest division in the NFL, the Indianapolis Colts -400 preseason money line is the thickest of any of the eight divisions. Denver has the second largest spread as they top Kansas City in the AFC West. With the four-game suspension of New England Patriots QB Tom Brady still under appeal, we doubt he’ll miss even one game; New England’s -151 ML odds to win the AFC East is rather appealing. The tightest division race is projected to play out in the AFC East as Baltimore and Pittsburgh are co-favorites with Cincinnati hot on their heels.

NFL Divisional Championship Prediction: Feeling Indianapolis vs Green Bay is a strong contender to be the Super Bowl 50 matchup, we’ll back the Packers and Colts with a pair of 500 unit wagers on their Divisional Championship odds posted on the betting board at SportsInteraction. Act soon, by clicking the odds image below, as these prices will vanish once the NFL regular season begins.
