Bet On the MLB All Star Game

The most simple method of betting on the MLB All Star Game is by placing a head to head moneyline bet. Odds are available below:

Sports Interaction Betway Spin Sports Bet365
National League  1.95 1.95 1.95  1.90
American League  1.87 1.85 1.86  1.90

Moneyline Odds

As you can see, the American League team is the favourite to win the 2019 MLB All Star game, although it’s evident from these odds that the game could go either way. Both sides boast elite rosters, so it’s tough to split them.

A $100 bet on the American League at 1.86 would fetch a return of $186 ($86 total profit).

MLB All Star Game Prop Bets

The All Star game features a number of prop bets, similar to what you would see in regular season MLB matches. The most popular lines include:

  • First Team To Score
  • First Player To Hit a Home Run
  • Total Runs (over/under)
  • Total Home Runs Hit (over/under)

MLB All Star Game MVP Odds

One of the most popular prop bets at the MLB All Star game is the MVP market – simply pick the player who you think has a chance of being the best performer. Traditionally, pitchers and first basemen are the most common recipients of the award.

2019 MLB All Star Game Picks

The American League boasts some of the best hitters in baseball, although the National League counters this by having superior pitchers. It’s a tough decision, but we’re going with the American League to win the 2019 MLB All Star Game.

Our pick for 2019 All Star MVP is American League starting first basemen Carlos Santana.

In terms of props picks, we’re tipping the National League to be first to score (as they will be batting first and have a better chance) and think that LA Dodgers star Cody Bellinger will hit the first home run of the day.

In terms of home runs, we’re going with the overs. This should be a high-scoring game. The line is set at +8.5 runs - go for the overs at 1.84.
