    Euro 2020 Futures: Best Bets

There are plenty of futures to bet on to your heart's content when it comes to the Euro 2020 Futures. From players, awards, to specific results from the Group Stage to the Final, you get to pick and bet. But the biggest would still be who outright wins Euro 2020.

Euro 2020 Outright Bets: Favourites, a Dark Horse, and a Long Shot

You know it's a wide-open field for Euro 2020 when we have up to six teams at close proximity to winning while the likes of Portugal and Germany can be considered dark horses. Let's take a look at four teams who are must-watches and strong bets (odds via Bodog):

    France — 6.00

The World Cup champions return on top of the board thanks to a stacked team from top to bottom. What makes this squad even deadlier is the recruitment of all-world striker Karim Benzema. Together with superstars Kylian Mbappe and Antoine Griezmann, Les Bleus will not only keep winning but make it highly entertaining.

Think of Spain, the last team to complete the World Cup-Euro Cup double in 2010 and 2012. Even as part of the "Group of Death" with Portugal and Germany, France should make another deep run.

    England — 6.00

The Three Lions are poised to make a serious bid for their first-ever Euro Cup title and they're co-favourites with France for a reason: their squad is deep and has arguably the best offence upfront. Harry Kane is the favourite to score the most goals in the tournament while Raheem Sterling could also dazzle.

The main thing stopping England, other than France, is England! The country has yet to make a Euro Cup Final and has often fallen short despite regularly being a top-five favourite to win. But there is a first time for everything.

    Portugal — 10.00

The defending Euro Cup champions is a "dark horse" thanks to landing in the Group of Death with France and Germany. But this squad is even more talented than the one that won five years ago. Cristiano Ronaldo is ageing like fine wine and he'll have plenty of help with Andre Silva and Diogo Jota to name a few.

On paper, Portugal isn't as deep as France or England. But never underestimate the heart of a champion as they look to duplicate what their Iberian rivals pulled in 2008 and 2012.

    Poland — 81.00

Is Poland going to shock the world and win the Euro Cup? Unlikely. But Greece pulled off this "impossible" feat in 2004 and Poland is twice the team that squad was. The team is in a competitive but manageable group and if it reaches the knockout stage, it could knock off a few favourites.

Led by superstar Robert Lewandowski, the Poles could be what Croatia was in the World Cup. If you've got some change, take a shot at Poland.

Best of Euro Cup Prop Bets

Plenty of prop bets can enrich your Euro Cup viewing. If we discussed all of it you'd be reading until tomorrow. Instead, let's look at a few standouts worth more than a gander:

Top Goalscorer — Karim Benzema (17.00)

Harry Kane (6.00) and Romelu Lukaku (7.50) are the big names that stand out here. But how about Karim Benzema? France's prodigal son returns with a vengeance. With Kylian Mbappe (9.00) and Antoine Griezmann (21.00) riding shotgun, expect Benzema to light up the scoresheet.

Also consider: Ciro Immobile (21.00), Robert Lewandowski (26.00)

Highest Scoring Team — Italy (7.00)

Belgium (6.00) and England (6.00) are co-favourites here, but Italy has the potential to be the most explosive team in the tournament. The Azzuri are a team built to run and score and are akin to the Ferrari of the Euro Cup. Even in a defence-oriented group, Italy could thrill fans with some high-scoring games.

Also consider: France (7.00), Netherlands (7.00)

    Group of Winner — Group F (2.50)

Unsurprisingly, the Group of Death, which features the last two World Cup champions and the Euro Cup champions is the favourite to produce the winner. France and Portugal have loaded squads with plenty of firepowers while Germany, despite being older and less prolific, will always be a contender.

    Also consider: Group E (6.50)
