World Series Game 2: St. Louis Cardinals vs Boston Red Sox

St. Louis Cardinals: Aiming for rebound tonight

After playing terrible defense in game one, and not receiving any timely hits, the Cardinals fell to Jon Lester and the Red Sox 8-1 on the road. The Cardinals will send rookie phenom Michael Wacha to the mound in game two in an effort to even the series as it shifts to St. Louis for the middle three games this weekend.

Boston Red Sox: Working for 2-0 lead

After a convincing game one win at home over the Cardinals, the Red Sox send John Lackey to the mound for game two. Red Sox hitters took advantage of shoddy defense from the Cardinals in game one en route to eight runs scored. They cannot rely on those mistakes in game two, so they need to be on their toes.

For game two of the World Series between the Boston Red Sox and the St. Louis Cardinals at Fenway, we find the betting odds at the online sportsbook from Sportsinteraction.com. Despite trailing by one game in the series, we will back the visiting Cardinals with Michael Wacha on the mound with the +110 money line.
