Super Bowl XLVIII Team Prop Betting Seahawks vs Broncos

Denver vs Seattle: Most First Downs Prop Option

Though not sure if this is a gift from the bookmakers or not (we are always a little leery of perceived gifts) the “Most First Downs” prop option appears to be a Denver lock. In two playoff games, the Broncos registered 26 and 27 first downs – plus they averaged 27 per game in the regular season. The Seahawls on the other hand have recorded 13 and 14 first downs in the postseason and posted an average of 19 per game in the regular season. Seattle gave up a mere 17.6 first downs per contest over 16 games this year but – they allowed the Saints a whopping 25 in their Divisional playoff game that was played in less than ideal – outdoor conditions. We like Manning & Co. to move the sticks early and often so we’ll drop a pink on this prop backing Denver.

NFL Team Prop Wagering: Last Scoring Play of Super Bowl XLVIII

If you plan to wager on the “Last Scoring Play” prop option being offered at SportsInteraction, though you’ll be doing a bit of a Banachek, there is plenty of logic that can back up your prediction. First, decide if this will be a close or blowout style of game. If you feel the score will will be close, the FG/SFTY option gets a check mark while a blowout gets a touchdown tick. If you are backing Denver to win, the check mark goes to a TD being the last score while a Seattle victory will mostly likely come in a close scoring game so get your kicks with a field goal being the final scoring play. Denver bags majors in bunches – that continues in the Meadowlands.

While our Crew has yet to make a definitive call – they are leaning towards a Denver Championship. As such, we’ll drop another pink one on a TOUCHDOWN being the final score in  Super Bowl XLVIII.  We are staring to get ramped up here. We’ll be back with thoughts and predictions all week long. Please check back soon!
