St. Louis Rams QB Sam Bradford: Done for the season
Already in the toughest division in the NFL, things have gone from bad to worse for St. Louis. Though he was/is bordering on being a colossal first overall draft pick disaster, QB Sam Bradford still offered the Rams their best shot at winning this season. Now, done for the year before it even began due to a torn left ACL, Bradford has slipped further in bust land. The Rams now turn to QB Shaun Hill who is 34 years old and hasn’t started a game since 2010 for Detroit. There isn’t much behind Hill on the St. Louis QB depth chart list.
Rough schedule makes for a long season in St. Louis
Time will tell how long Hill remains the starter but St. Louis will focus on their run game with RB Zac Stacy while hoping their fairly solid defense can keep them in games. This isn’t a good situation – especially when you look at the Rams schedule. First, they have six games against their fellow NFC West stablemates who are all solid squads on both sides of the ball. The Eagles, Broncos, Chiefs and even the Chargers, will all be licking their chops as well. Out of their 16 contests – we see five wins max for the Lambs this season.
