Athletics look to end three game MLB losing streak
Oakland has cooled some recently as they are riding a three game losing streak thanks to a sweep by the Rangers in Arlington. A visit to Minute Maid Park is always a good “slump buster” and the Athletics just swept these same ‘Stros in Oakland last weekend. It also helps that LHP Scott Kazmir is on the bump tonight as he has allowed just five runs and has struck out 24 hitters over his 27 1/3 innings pitched this season.
Houston Astros continue to free fall in the American League West

The Astros are struggling in all aspects of the game as their 4.47 team ERA is 26th worst in the league and meager .199 team batting average is the worst in the majors. We have cashed in on Houston loses a few time this season and will continue to do so tonight.
